We’ve found a Ferrero Rocher Hot Chocolate recipe. Our lives are complete.

Last week we almost fell over when we found out a Dublin café had created a Ferrero Rocher Hot Chocolate. Today, we did fall over when we found a recipe online that will enable us to enjoy one without stepping outside the front door. Thanks to the What's Cookin' - Italian Style Cuisine blog, we now have the power and knowledge to make this delightful drink for the entire family. What you need is whole milk, Nutella, cocoa power, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, chocolate shavings and of course some Ferrero Rocher chocolates. The method below makes one cup so you’ll need to adapt it if you’re doing a batch of them. 1. In a high quality pan, whisk together a cup of whole milk, 3 tablespoons of Nutella and 1 teaspoon cocoa powder. Simmer for about 5 minutes. 2. Optional step for adults: Throw in a shot of hazelnut or coffee liqueur. 3. Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream, crushed Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chocolate shavings and chocolate syrup.
