Feeling A Little Hot? Get Yourself A Prosecco Pop – STAT!

According to New York, this is the cocktail of the Summer. And as we all know when New York speaks, the world listens. Frequenters of the Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar at the New York Conrad have been sampling the taste of Summer – a glass of Prosecco with an ice pop thrown in. The cocktail, a Summer favourite, returned to the menu this week after a Winter hiatus. And humans of Instagram have been celebrating with some glorious envy-inducing snaps.

Luckily for us this is not a tricky recipe requiring reams of ingredients and a professional mixologist, it's easily recreated in our own back gardens this Summer.
