If you are desperately trying to manage time and have a healthy diet, you are not alone. Who can do that? One day you nail it with a scrambled egg brekkie and the next day you are a muffin-on-the-run-kinda-gal. The consistency is that you have no consistency, right? Try these ridiculously fast snacking alternatives. Each recipe can be frozen into three individual bags for your busy week - simply blend them quickly when you wish. So. Amazing. Chocolate-orange delight 3 oranges 4 strawberries 2 small bananas, peeled and sliced 3 cups of coconut water 3 scoops of raw vegan protein chocolate (to be added when blending) Freeze: 3 portions divided evenly. Pop into a bag or container. choco Tasty strawberry, mango & banana  3 cups of coconut milk 2 small bananas, peeled and sliced 1 mango cut into chunks, no skin 5 strawberries, with greenery removed 5 large spoonfuls of any coconut or greek yogurt Freeze: 3 portions divided evenly. Pop into a bag or container. Cleansing apple-flavoured combo 1 cup of carrot juice* 2 cups of orange juice* 2 cups chopped kale, ribs removed 3 cups of spinach 3 apples cored & chopped 12 small broccoli florets 3 scoops of natural casein protein (to be added when blending) Freeze: 3 portions divided evenly. Pop into a bag or container. Any leftovers? If you have made extra smoothie mixture, just make popsicles. You can buy little DIY packs from Ikea and make multi-coloured treats similar to the ones below. Absolute yum-ness.
