Do you lovingly chop your child's apple into manageable slices, only to have the entire piece of fruit returned to you in the lunchbox at the end of the day? The trick is to prevent the apple from browning, which, we're reliably informed by children in the know, is the epitome of "EEEEWWWW GROSS". But how to do it? Easy.
