You might remember the pot noodle from your college hangover days (we're well aware the original is still incredibly popular among men of a certain age) but now Marks & Spencer is giving the humble snack a sexy makeover.  The brand is on a mission to make the noodle pot attractive to health-conscious foodies and has upgraded its contents as such, with four fancy flavours (Tom Yum Noodle Pot, Pho Noodle Pot, Ramen Noodle Pot and Laksa Noodle Pot), inspired by Eastern cuisine. pots-300x112 Each pot (they're €2.95 each) contains a nest of noodles, vegetables and an aromatic paste blended from lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal and tamarind. The best bit? None of them contain more than 80 calories per 100g pot. They're on shelves now... take that, soggy lunchtime sandwich!
