Baileys have announced a new flavour and it sounds like summer in a bottle

OK, this sounds unreal.

Baileys have announced the latest addition to their collection. That's right, Baileys Strawberries & Cream has officially landed in Ireland - and it sounds like summer in a bottle. Perfectly blending the fresh and delicious taste of strawberries with light and creamy vanilla, together with the taste of Baileys Original Irish Cream, we can only imagine that this mouth-watering combination will be everywhere this summer. Colin Donnelly, Baileys Marketing Manager at Diageo said:

“We’re delighted to announce the launch of Baileys Strawberries & Cream in Ireland. It’s the perfect way to treat-up your Summer and is available for a limited time only in select stores nationwide, so make sure to grab a bottle before it’s gone!”

The company have suggested pouring it over ice for "the ideal summer serve", or even putting it in a dessert or a cocktail. Strawberries and Cream Colada, anyone? But you'll have to be quick if you want to get a bottle. Baileys Strawberries and Cream is available in select stores in Ireland for a limited time only for €22. The news comes a little more than a year after the company announced the launch of their Baileys Almande, a dairy-free and vegan-friendly edition of the classic cream liqueur.  The tipple was first trialled in North America in 2016, before it was launched in the UK and - in March last year - in Ireland. It's made with sweet almond oil, almond essence, cane sugar, purified water and a small amount of real vanilla.
