Discount supermarket Aldi is recalling a batch of its ginger nut biscuits after concerns were raised over the cleanliness of the factory where they are made.  The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) confirmed Baketime Ltd. is recalling the biscuits on a precautionary basis "as they have been manufactured in unhygienic conditions". Photo of Ginger Nuts The FSAI said point-of-sale notices should be displayed in stores where the affected batches were sold requesting customers who have bought these batches to return them to an Aldi store. • L16047
