There's no denying it, jet lag is brutal.

Extreme tiredness sets in and your body clock doesn't know what's going on - and it can feel like you have no idea what day it is, never mind what timezone you're in. Not to mention what it can do to your skin. Long-haul flights can end up causing all kinds of problems for your skin, leaving it feeling extremely dry and looking lacklustre. With the lack of sleep, air pressure, on-again-off-again air conditioning and just general dryness of the cabin air, it can really wreak havoc on your skin - even with the best efforts to prevent it. https://www.instagram.com/p/BjpnBZvlz7D/?taken-by=summerfridays And just when we thought we had seen it all when it comes to skincare, a new company have released a mask specifically targeted for post-flight skin - and people are going crazy for it. Introducing Summer Fridays' Jet Lag Mask. The product is jam-packed with ingredients like vitamin C to brighten the skin; chestnut extract for a gentle exfoliation; green tea to reduce puffiness; and Niacinamide to reduce the appearance of powers and fine lines. https://www.instagram.com/p/BhCcETgnPqD/?taken-by=summerfridays The company was created by Los Angeles-absed bloggers Lauren Gores Ireland and Marianna Hewitt - and is already winning over some of Hollywood's famous faces. Lea Michele, Kim Kardashian and Jessica Alba are already huge fans of the product, hailing it as a skincare 'hero'. https://www.instagram.com/p/Bgfg2u_BlmM/?utm_source=ig_embed The mask is designed to have a thick, balmy texture - and you put it on as if it were a cream. You leave a visible layer of the mask on "cleansed, dry skin" - including the under eye area - for a minimum of 10 minutes. Then wipe off the excess with a tissue, or with a warm cloth or towel. The brand claims that the mask with leave your skin instantly looking "renewed, radiant and ready for anything." https://www.instagram.com/p/BkNYbi-lt0y/?taken-by=summerfridays The Summer Fridays website doesn't appear to ship to anywhere other than the United States at the moment - but we've got some good news. The product is available via CultBeauty, priced at £42 (around €48), and you can join the waitlist for it now.
