It was the DIY craze of 2019 – as I am sure we all still painfully remember.

My Tupperware containers still haven't recovered, to be honest. However, if your kids are still into the whole slime thing, we recently came across this super-easy 2-ingredient recipe – perfect for when they are climbing the walls looking for something to do, but you don't have the time (or inclination) to kick off an entire science project with a silly amount of effort and ingredients. What is required, I hear you ask? Just liquid glue (glitter glue or coloured glue is perfect) and some liquid starch. According to blogger OneCrazyMom.com, all you need is the following:
  • 6 oz bottle of glue (whatever colour you fancy or have at hand)
  • 2 Tablespoons liquid starch (check the laundry aisle at the supermarket)
Then simply mix the two, starting with the glue in a bowl, then slowly adding the starch little by little. The result? Sticky, gooey slime, perfect for playing with! (Idea and recipe via OneCrazyMom.com)
